Big Sister Jennifer and Little Sister Nevaeh have been matched for nine years. Jennifer has been dedicated and consistent in her friendship with Nevaeh since they were first matched.

Nevaeh has faced many challenges and changes in her young life. Jennifer has provided Nevaeh with a friendship that is safe, nonjudgmental, and steady.

She is an advocate for healthy living and has provided Nevaeh with new recipes to try plus mental health tools that she continues to practice.

Nevaeh shared, “I always look forward to seeing Jennifer because I know she is someone I can easily talk to and be myself around.” Nevaeh is now a senior in high school, working 2 part time jobs and attributes having Jennifer in her life as one of the reasons she is achieving her goals.
